I offer programs to develop a lifestyle allowing living longer in two settings: in a group, or as individuals.
In both setting we can work on the personal level, or with the organization/team.
Work in groups
Work in a group coaching setting, and focus on making a framework to give the tools to develop a new healthy habit. Deepen your awareness around key issues, taking action, and accountability. Benefit from the peer learning with others, commonly referred to as the collective wisdom of the group. I can offer this setting about once a year, usually attached to another program of the organization, therefore the flow of the program partly customized to the team.
As the body is one of the key focus areas of healthy living, we also use our body to get information.
You can also participate working in a group along in parallel to individual coaching, where we integrate the two processes together to maximize the benefits.
- Intensive Workshop + Follow-up – establish and start your plan of one key habit for healthy living in 2 hours. There’s a pre-event to explore needs and wants and three post-event follow-up sessions for one months during the first 30-day trial of the key habit (usually by phone or skype calls).
- Breakthrough Retreat Weekend + Follow-up – concentrate your efforts into an intensive weekend to finally “get up and running” with the good stuff. Follow-up for three months during the implementation phase.
Individual coaching services
Individual work has the advantage that all my support and attention is yours, it’s about your life, your goals, and your challenges. The schedules, the rhythm, the contact style all fit you perfectly. Although, you will discover, many of your challenges are not so unique to you, and many working strategies exist to get the results for you.
I offer habit development support in two major types of units of work. These time periods are well tested in practice, therefore instead of doing an “open-end” coaching, I recommend committing to one of these units. Each program starts with a free strategy session, after which you are free to decide to continue or not. Each program contains a planning component, and pre- and post evaluation.

Which program would be the best for you to start with? No worries, most people hesitate, they just know they are interested and this is usually a topic of the free strategy session.
How much is core program and how much is customized?
As you can see, both settings, in a group and as an individual, involves a strong element of planning and customization. The part that changes from client to client is about one third. However, the core part, about two third of the content, is non-negotiable and remains the same. Simply because there are things that work in my experience, and there are things that don’t work, and I just don’t want to commit to things I tried either myself, or with my clients, and they never brought results. This is why I only commit to a 4 month or 1 year program with individual clients, or have pre-event and post-event sessions for group programs. If you look for a one month crash course to lose weight, or expect to work with your group only during the day of the event – probably I’m not your guy (however I can refer you to other coaches/programs that might interest you). So, if you are interested to get results that brought results for me and others, we can be a good match for each other.
